Oregon - Standard Sizes & Cut to Size

All of our Oregon (Douglas Fir) is sourced from Vancouver Island Canada and is available in all in F7, F8, F8 Free of Heart Centre (FOHC), F11 Free of Heart Centre (FOHC), and Kiln Dried No. 2 Clear Oregon as either Rough Sawn Non-Appearance (this would be used for non-visual applications), Rough Sawn Appearance (this gives you one fresh Bandsawn face and one fresh Bandsawn edge) which is perfect for applications such as fascia’s and barge boards. Dressed all Round (this goes through a Planer/Four Sider) which gives you a nice smooth finish. Our last option is Bandsawn all Round which means that the timber ends up with all four sides being fresh sawn. We offer lengths up to 10.8m (please note that any lengths of 8.4m or longer incur a surcharge) and we offer widths up to 400mm wide and sometimes even wider (we have been known to have widths of 450, 500 and even 600). Our thickest section is 200mm.

For any external applications we would strongly recommend the use of F8 Free of Heart Centre timbers and these can be treated to H3 Tru Core Clear (Azole).
